I constantly get asked to give code examples for specific purposes.  Instead of answering the same questions over and over again, I am starting a resource area just for this.  You may give these reports away if you choose.

Report 1:  Using Aweber to Redirect Users to a opt in page.

Usage:  Many webmasters show an optin page on their front page.  After they get the visitor to 'opt in' and join their newsletter how do they let them get to the meat of the site?

The answer is SETTING A COOKIE!  Aweber (and many other auto-responders) but Aweber is the best, allow you to set a "thank you" or confirmation url.  This is where you will set your cookie.

You then modify your opt-in page to check for that cookie and if it's there you redirect them to the page you REALLY want them to go to.

It's easy!
