Html is not a hard language to learn.  However if you don't have the time to sit back and learn it there are several quality WYSIWYG  (what you see is what you get) editors out there.

Some great titles are also available at your local bookstore.  A weekend snuggled up with a lively learning book will do wonders for your HTML knowledge.  Frontpage is perfect for beginners.....and available through microsoft.com
